up to 5.00pm £80 (all or part of 4 hours) Daytime parties are required to lock the
premises 15 minutes after their end hire time

Evening Parties £100 (max 5 hrs 6-11pm).
Music has to finish at the end of the given chargeable hire time.
Evening Hirers are required to lock the premises by 11.30pm

Main Hall ONLY -Charities
Together with use of downstairs kitchen
Reduced rate per hour £14

Lounge
This is not to be hired out on its own, but can be added as an extra to the Hall letting at a
charge of £3.50per hour

Upper Room – (25 people)
Together with use of upstairs kitchen
Per hour £10

Oasis – (14 people)
Together with use of upstairs kitchen
Per hour £8

Please note all hire times MUST include set up and clear away as the building would still be in use with lighting and heating etc.

There is no charge for the use of the Wifi throughout the building. No charge for the OHP projector and screen in the Upper Room.

For one off party hires,
A security deposit of £100 cash is required (£50 for keys for quiz/meetings) in lieu of any damage/additional cleaning required/noise nuisance or if hirers fail to adhere to their agreement of hire terms. Sorry but we do not allow inflatables or bouncy castles due to previous floor damage or bubbles due to slipping accidents.

Deposit and payment
The deposit for a hire is made by completing an application form and using BACs. Then an invoice is emailed out which confirms the date/time and deposit and also the date/amount when the balance is required. The balance needs to be paid at least a week in advance of the hire date. Please pay preferably by BACS TRANSFER or cheque as soon as you receive your invoice.

The Church do not hold a licence to sell alcohol on the premises.
The hall and rooms are not available for hire on Sundays.
