Fancy a fun evening in a relaxing atmosphere – then come to short mat bowls. Those who come display moderate skill but make up for any shortcomings with a lot of ‘chit chat’, gossip and small talk aimed at putting the world to rights (or your opponents off!)

We usually number 9-10 players.

Our games are purely social and the camaraderie makes each meeting something to look forward to. For many of us the feeling is that of the old church youth clubs but not all of us would profess to be that old! We enjoy ourselves enormously.
